TARTAR SAUCE 
1 qt. mayonnaise
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tbsp. sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 c. chopped dill pickles
3/4 c. Half-n-Half
1 tbsp. minced onion

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate.
