1 lg. pkg. chocolate Oreo cookies, crushed
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Put 1/2 of crushed cookies on bottom of 9x13 pan. Mix pudding and milk in a small bowl. In large bowl mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and Cool Whip. Then mix in pudding mixture. Spread over cookies. Put rest of cookies on top. Refrigerate 4 hours or more.
