HOT FUDGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. brown sugar, packed
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/3 c. hot water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except brown sugar, 3 tablespoons cocoa and hot water. Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole. Mix brown sugar and cocoa; sprinkle on batter.

Pour hot water over top. Do not stir. Bake 30-35 minutes. Serve warm. Top with ice cream if you wish. Yield 6 servings.
