CHICKEN OR TURKEY RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
2 c. boned turkey or chicken
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix rice with meat, add soup, then milk. Season with salt and pepper. Place in baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with vegetable and salad. Delicious.
