BEEF BURGUNDY | |
3 lb. lean beef, cut in cubes 1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 c. burgundy wine 1 sm. can mushroom pieces 1 lg. onion, sliced in rings, separated Put all ingredients in large casserole (beef, uncooked). Bake at 275 degrees for 3 hours, uncovered. Serve over noodles. Serves 6-8. |
