PEAS CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can LeSueur peas, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste
Onion rings
Slivered almonds

Stir in 1 can cream of mushroom soup (as is) to peas. Add salt and pepper to taste and butter if you wish. Stir well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top. Put under broiler to brown (2-3 minutes). Mix in slivered almonds.
