BANANA BARS 
4 eggs
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, bananas until light and fluffy and set aside. Stir together the dry ingredients and add to mixture. Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

FROSTING: (optional)
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
3 c. powdered sugar

Good with or without frosting.
