OPEN PEACH PIE | |
1 c. sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 lb. butter, melted 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. vanilla or rum extract Peaches, halved Mix ingredients in order as above. Arrange peach halves facing up spaced evenly on uncooked pie shell. Pour mixture over peaches. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour or longer. This is my favorite recipe! |
