ZUCCHINI SQUASH CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
8 1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 c. nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. raw grated zucchini

Mix eggs and sugar. Add oil. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in drained pineapple, nuts, vanilla and zucchini. Mix. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Cool on rack for 30 minutes. Invert pan and cool.

ICING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk

Dribble icing over cake.
