LOW-FAT HEALTHY ON THE RUN DRINK 
1 1/2 cups fat-free milk
3 tbsp. non-fat chocolate syrup (Hershey's)
1 banana, cut into 8 pieces
1/4 cup applesauce (Mott's)
1/4 cup regular or quick-cooking oats (Quaker Oats)
1 to 2 ice cubes

Put all ingredients in blender. Run on medium speed for 1 minute and serve.

Makes 2 servings.
