MARINADA POR PESCADO 
1 c. soy sauce "Tamari"
3 cloves fresh garlic
1 inch piece fresh ginger
1/3 - 1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1/4 c. green onions, chopped

This marinade is especially concocted to perk up the otherwise dull taste of any ocean white fish. However, it can do the same for a forlorn chicken as well.

Squeeze garlic liquid, using a press, into soy sauce. Peel ginger and squeeze its liquid (1/2 tsp. at least) into same. Add rest and marinate for minimum of 30 minutes but hours enhances a deeper flavor. Make up a bunch, for it lasts up to 6 months refrigerated.
