PECAN CRUNCH COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Add nuts and potato chips. Stir in flour. Form into small balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Press balls flat with a glass dipped into sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 16 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned.
