PARTY SALAD 
Orange Jello
Crushed pineapple & juice
Bananas
Miniature marshmallows
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Whipped cream
Chopped pecans
1 can flaked coconut

Prepare Jello; add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows. Pour into pan. Chill until set.

Meanwhile, beat egg; add sugar and flour; mix well. Add pineapple juice and cream cheese; mix well. Cook, stirring frequently, until thickened. Cool. Fold whipped cream into cooled mixture. Spread with nuts and flaked coconut.
