Line bottom and sides of round glass dish with ladyfingers. Sprinkle ladyfingers on bottom of dish with sherry and top with layer of frozen raspberries (drained and thawed). Top with another layer of ladyfingers and sprinkle with more sherry. Add layer of thawed drained peach slices. Make up 6 ounce package of vanilla instant pudding. Layer on top of peaches. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle slivered almonds on top. Cover with saran wrap and chill several hours.
