1 pkg. fresh spinach
1 pt. strawberries

Wash and drain spinach. Wash, drain then quarter strawberries. Keep chilled until serving time.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/2 c. super-fine sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tbsp. finely minced scallions
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika

In a Mason jar mix oil, vinegar and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. Remix before serving. Add just enough dressing to spinach and strawberries for delicate flavor.
