POULTRY `N PASTA SOUP 
3 chicken breasts
3-4 bouillon cubes
8 c. water
1 onion, quartered
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped carrots
3/4 c. cheese filled dry tortellini
3/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach

Place chicken, bouillon cubes, water and onion in a large pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer 20-30 minutes. Remove chicken and allow to cool. Remove onion and discard along with chicken skin. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to broth along with vegetables, tortellini and seasonings. Simmer for 20 minutes or until tortellini is tender.
