SPOON ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
1 egg
2 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
4 c. self-rising flour

Mix yeast, water, butter, sugar, and egg. Add flour and stir well until mixed. (Dough will be soft.) Grease muffin tins. Fill tins 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remaining dough can be refrigerated and used within 1 week.
