FRICADILLY 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
5 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork (or sausage)

Melt 3 tablespoons fat in a skillet. Drop small amount of meat in skillet and pat down. Brown well on both sides.

Put in buttered casserole. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water in frying pan. Mix well and pour over patties. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

These can be prepared and kept in refrigerator until one hour before serving time. Makes 55 - 2 1/2 inch patties.
