BEEF STROGANOFF 
3 (6 oz.) pieces sirloin steak
1 can mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
1/2 bay leaf
1 med. onion
Onion powder
Garlic powder
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
2-3 tbsp. catsup
Beef bouillon granules
3/4 c. sour cream

Cut up steak and brown with a sprinkling of beef bouillon granules and chopped onion. Sprinkle with onion powder and a little bit of garlic powder. Add mushroom soup, can of mushrooms, and 2-3 tablespoons catsup. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. Add sour cream just before serving. Serve over noodles.
