TUNA SALAD 
6 1/2 oz. can tuna
1 c. cottage cheese
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon pepper marinade
1/8 tsp. salt
Fresh alfalfa sprouts
Whole grain bread, toasted and buttered

In mixing bowl combine tuna, cottage cheese, eggs, celery, sliced onion and cheddar cheese. Stir together mayonnaise, lemon pepper marinade and salt; fold into tuna mixture. Cover and chill. Spread 1/3 to 1/2 cup tuna mixture on half the toast; top each with sprouts and another slice of toast.
