SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. shelled shrimp (raw)
6 slices bacon
2 stalks chopped celery
1 lg. chopped onion
1 can bean sprouts
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste
2 tsp. mustard
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce

Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon. Add celery and onion and saute. Add bean sprouts, tomato sauce, paste, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and crumbled bacon. Simmer 30 minutes. Add shrimp and cook 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
