SMOKED FISH LOG | |
2 c. fish, smoked and flaked (or boil fish until flaked and add 2 tsp. liquid smoke; any kind of fish is good - trout is very good) 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tsp. onion, finely grated 2 tsp. horseradish 1/4 tsp. salt Combine above ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Shape into 1 or 2 logs. Chill well. Roll logs in mixture of: 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 2 tbsp. parsley, chopped Serve with crackers. |
