POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick butter
2 c. grated American cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt butter. Mix with sour cream and soup. Add cheese. Mix in hash browns, salt and pepper. Pour into 4 quart baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
