2 c. cornmeal
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 large egg
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Spray bread pan with cooking spray and pour mixture into pan.

Bake at 425°F until center springs back when touched and top is brown.
