3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
3 c. raw apples, cut up
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts

Mix all together with a wooden spoon. Pour into greased and floured oblong cake pan and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
