APRICOT JELLO SALAD 
1 large apricot jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 large bananas, sliced
1 c. small marshmallows

Mix jello like directions. Add drained pineapple, bananas and marshmallows into jello. Refrigerate until firm.

Topping:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 medium Cool Whip
1 small cream cheese

Beat together and cook like pie filling. Add small package cream cheese. Beat until smooth and cool. When cool, mix in medium container of Cool Whip and spread on jello like icing.
