CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken breasts
1 c. cooked rice
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. chopped onion
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained & chopped
1/2 c. slivered almonds, optional
1 stick butter
Crushed corn flakes

Mix all ingredients together except butter and cornflakes. Put into greased casserole. Mix melted butter and corn flakes, spread on top of above mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
