VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. frozen carrot nuggets
1 pkg. frozen corn
1 pkg. frozen green beans
1 pkg. frozen peas
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, drained & slivered
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. jar cheese
2 tbsp. cream
2 tbsp. slivered almonds (opt.)
Salt & pepper to taste

Melt cheese in soup. Cook all vegetables separate, as directed on package. Mix all together and add cream. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, sprinkle 1 can French fried onions on top.
