CHOCOLATE MOCHA MOUSSE 
1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix
1 tbsp. powdered coffee
1 1/2 c. milk
1 sm. size Cool Whip
Dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. whipping cream

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill. Sprinkle with nutmeg and top with whipping cream. Serves 4.
