HOT FRUIT DESSERT 
20 oz. can pineapple
29 oz. can peaches
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. tapioca
Handful of fresh blueberries, cranberries or any fresh fruit

Butter a baking dish. Drain juices from canned fruit and save. Place the fruit in baking dish. Add brown sugar and tapioca to fruit; mix well. Add 1/2 cup juice to fruit mixture. Add fresh fruit dot with butter and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
