COLLARD GREENS AND HAM HOCKS 
First put your ham hocks on in a medium-size pot; let them boil for 20 minutes. While the ham hocks are boiling, take your greens leaves and pick them from part of their stem. Then you cut up the green leaves, wash them very good.

Now pour the water from the ham hocks. Wash your ham hocks off. Put your ham hocks back in the pot with hot water, then put your greens in the pot. Cover with lid.
