POTATO SOUFFLE 
4 to 5 potatoes (white)
1 lg. chopped onion
1/3 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese (sharp or mild)
Bacon bits

Boil potatoes and onion until done. Drain. Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and cheese; add this mixture to potatoes. Stir and place into casserole dish. Sprinkle bacon bits over top and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
