FROSTED CASHEW COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can cashews

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream; mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and top with frosting.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter, browned
3 tbsp. cream
2 c. powdered sugar
