FROZEN TOMATO JAM | |
3 c. tomatoes, peeled, diced or mashed 3 c. sugar 1 ground lemon Boil 20 minutes. Cool a bit and add 1 (3 ounce) lemon Jello, boil 5 minutes more. Pour into jars and freeze. Refrigerate when opened. Could use 1 orange and 1 orange Jello instead of lemon if you wish. Very good. Different. |
