1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) angel flake coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Pour all ingredients into blender and mix well. Pour into 9 inch pie plate (spray with Pam). Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Do not over bake. Remove from oven when light golden on top. Very good warm.
