ITALIAN COOKIES 
3/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together. Add 4-5 cups flour to roll into a ball. Divide into 3-4 parts and roll each one into even lengths and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake 25 minutes (or until lightly browned). Remove from oven and slice at an angle 1 inch apart, turn on side and return to oven and brown for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and store in cookie bin.
