MOM'S BANANA BREAD 
1 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. brown sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts
2 c. banana pulp
4 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sour milk

Cream shortening and sugar. Add beaten eggs and sour milk. Combine flour, salt and soda. Add to first mixture with banana pulp and walnuts. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clean when tested. Makes 2 large loaves or 4 small loaves.
