CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Cream of chicken soup
1 lg. sour cream
1 block butter
3 chicken leg quarters
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
2 stacks Ritz crackers

Boil and bone chicken. Cut chicken in bite size pieces. Put in bottom of greased baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream. Add spices, spread over chicken. Crush crackers and melt butter. Mix together and spread on top. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
