SICILIAN PIZZA 
NEEDED:

2 lbs. pizza dough (can be purchased from any Italian bakery)
1 can Progresso pizza sauce or 1 1/2 c. any sauce
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese

Spread out dough onto a 13 1/2 inch rectangle pan. Let dough rise for 45 to 60 minutes, the dough should become pliable enough to spread across the pan. Cover the dough with sauce and sprinkle with grated Mozzarella cheese. (Optional - Top with pepperoni or mushrooms or anything your heart desires.) Bake in 425 degree oven for about 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
