HAWAIIAN PIE | |
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 4 bananas 1 can coconut 1 bag pecans, chopped 1 lg. carton Cool Whip 2 graham cracker crusts Cook pineapple, sugar and flour until thick. Refrigerate to cool. Slice bananas, line crusts with slices. Pour pineapple mixture over banana slices. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top. Spread Cool Whip on top. Garnish with pecans. Refrigerate. |
