1 (12 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. instant French vanilla pudding

Put 1/2 of crushed cookies in bottom of 9x13-inch pan. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla together. Whip instant pudding with milk. When it starts to thicken, fold in Cool Whip.

Combine the cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture and spread on crumb layer. Top with remaining crumbs and chill.
