BLENDER STRAWBERRY ICE CREAM 
1 tbsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

1. Combine lemon peel, lemon juice and strawberries in blender. Blend, covered, and at high speed, 20 seconds, or until smooth.

2. Reduce speed to low, remove cover; pour condensed milk in steady stream into strawberry mixture.

3. Fold strawberry mixture into whipped cream, using rubber scraper or wire whisk.
