BARBECUED CHUCK STEAK 
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 (2 lb.) chuck steak
1/2 c. red wine

Rub garlic into both sides of steak. marinate steaks in wine at room temperature for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Place on broiler rack 4-inches from heat. Broil for 6 minutes or longer on each side. Cut into thin diagonal slices. Yield 4-6 servings.
