CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 big box of frozen broccoli spears
1 pkg. boneless chicken
1 pkg. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Corn flake crumbs

Boil chicken and cut into bite size pieces.

Boil broccoli spears until tender.

Mix sour cream and mushroom soup and pour into a baking dish. Next place chicken pieces and then broccoli spears. Cover completely with shredded Cheddar cheese, then corn flake crumbs.

Run in oven or microwave until heated well and cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
