APPLE DAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. apples, peeled and chopped

TOPPING: Butterscotch chips

Mix first 3 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients mixing well with a spoon. Pour 1 small package of butterscotch chips over the top of the cake batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
