PINCHITOS 
4 to 5 lbs. top round or sirloin steak
1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. cumin
2 tbsp. white vinegar
3 pieces crushed red pepper
Meat tenderizer

When meat is cold or partially frozen, cut into cubes (easier to cut). Sprinkle with meat tenderizer (let set 15 minutes). Marinate in above 8 ingredients for 4 to 6 hours - in glass dish. Cook on baking sheet under broiler or skewer and cook on grill as desired - rare, medium, well.
