1 lb. lean ground beef 1 med. onion, diced 1/8 c. pine nuts (optional) 1 tbsp. mixed spice (Or 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/8 teaspoon cumin). Brown meat, onion and spices, add pine nuts and salt or soy sauce - to taste. Serve in pita pockets with Sesame Sauce. Garnish with pickled turnips, bread and butter pickles, or half sour new pickles.
