IMPOSSIBLE SEAFOOD PIE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat or tuna, thawed and drained
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of nutmeg

Lightly grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2 inch. Mix crab meat, cheeses and onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining pie. 6-8 servings.
