OREO DELIGHT 
28 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2 (8 oz.) containers Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk

Mix cookies, butter until blended. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan (save 1/3 cup of crumbled cookies to sprinkle on top of final layer for decoration).

Blend together cream cheese, powdered sugar, 8 ounce Cool Whip until smooth. Spread on top of cookie mixture. Mix together vanilla pudding, chocolate pudding and milk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top of pudding mixture. Sprinkle remaining crumbled cookies on top of Cool Whip layer. Refrigerate. Serves 8-12.
