CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box corn bread Stove Top stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. chicken broth from chicken
6 pieces chicken, boiled & deboned

Boil chicken with a generous amount of pepper. Let cool then debone. In a saucepan, put 2 cups broth and seasoning pack from stuffing and 1 can of cream of chicken soup. On low fire bring to a good boil; set aside. Spray oblong pan with non stick spray. Put layers of bread crumbs then chicken, pouring some seasoning sauce in the middle. Continue layers ending with bread crumbs. Finish pouring remaining sauce over all. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 30 or 45 minutes.
